Salmon Noodles Romanoff

8 ounces of noodles

1 1/2 c. cottage cheese

1 1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 clove minced garlic

1-2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tall can or 16oz jar of salmon

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese

 

Heat oven to 325*. Cook noodles, drain.

Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour

cream, onion, garlic, Worcestershire

sauce, salt & salmon. Place in a 2

quart casserole, sprinkle with cheese

and bake 40 minutes.
