Teriyaki Sauce
2 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
3 large cloves of garlic (minced)
1/4 cup finely minced green onions
1/4 cup minced onions
small pinch of ground cloves
1 teaspoon of Accent
1 teaspoon of tabasco hot sauce (I use
jalapeno sauce)
1 good sized piece of fresh ginger
shreaded (about size of baked potatoe)
Mix up and let stand for 8 hours before
using. Wonderful for beef and chicken
sticks too. After use place in
freezer. Note it will not freeze but
will keep fresh and useable for months.
